If an urgent appointment is required, please try to give the receptionist an idea of the problem. This enables us to arrange an appropriate appointment with the appropriate person. We have been operating a successful nurse triage service for same-day appointments since July 2002. Working together with the duty doctor, our experienced nurses also run their own daily minor illness surgeries.

While every effort is made for you to see the doctor of your choice as soon as is possible, this is not always feasible, particularly for urgent appointments.

Sometimes the doctors run late, particularly with same day appointments and we would appreciate your patience if this happens.
